Real Estate Transaction Manager at Uber (Fulltime)

What will you be doing?

You will be working as a Transaction Manager for a our client Uber based in Amsterdam. The transactions you will be managing will be throughout the EMEA region. The services we provide to our client comprise the full range of commercial real estate services, where you will have a focus on all transactions, including acquisitions, lease renewals and dispositions. The portfolio of the client is fast growing and there is a focus on acquisitions for which there is a short time frame from start to completion.

Your roll as a Transaction Manager is to manage the global network of CBRE and our partners. You will monitor the quality of all provided transaction services. You can plan and organize the whole process properly and you are very comfortable in working on tens of projects at the same time. You thrive on a dynamic culture where you need to adjust to an ever-changing environment. You have a commercial mindset and are always looking for new opportunities in the market.

In the job you will work closely with the Director of the team who gives you all the support you need to solve the various issues and make transactions possible. In the transaction you are expected to operate independently. Your work location will vary between the Office of CBRE and the office of Uber, both are based in Amsterdam within the city ring.

What can you offer us?

- You have completed your education at University Level (HBO or WO);
- You have 3 years’ experience within transaction management or brokerage;
- You have excellent commercial insight and know how to best use leverage in negotiations;
- You work structured and find analyzing and improving administrative process a challenge;
- You are analytical and work accurately;
- You are good at working independently, but are also a team player;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- You have an excellent understanding of the English language.
